Many words in the English language are difficult. In fact, theres even a Dictionary of Difficult Words, but none are more difficult than the ones in the four sentences I share in this episode.
If you are going to lead well, you have to get proficient in the use of these sentences. And, Ill tell you a little secret: most leaders arent good at these, and its costing thembig time!
